All Helix products ship for free in the USA! We offer free, safe no-contact delivery. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email which outlines the products in your order. In order to maintain our low prices and high quality, our products ship separately oftentimes from different manufacturers.
Please note, the Dream Pillows for most orders will be packaged and shipped together with your mattress.
Because of shipping weight constraints, though, Dream Pillows for select orders will ship separately: If your order includes a Helix Luxe or Helix Plus mattress in either the King or Ca. King size, your Dream Pillows will ship separately from your mattress. In this case, you will receive separate tracking information for the Dream Pillows when they ship.

🛏 Setup
Once your new Helix Mattress arrives, please bring it into the bedroom before unboxing. Please note that depending on the size, your new mattress could weigh between 50 and 145 lbs. You can follow the instructions in the box. We recommend you do not keep your Helix Mattress rolled in its original packaging for more than 4 weeks.
⏳ Adjustment Period
Many customers find that there is an adjustment period during the first few weeks with their mattress. This is common for all new mattresses as you get used to sleeping on something new. Think of your Helix Mattress like a new pair of shoes.
We encourage you to trust the science and give your new mattress a chance to break-in. We require that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights.

☁️ Feel Adjustments
If the feel of your mattress isn’t quite right, you can reach out to our Customer Experience Team. They will send you a free additional comfort layer to either make the mattress softer or firmer. These small changes have helped customers who aren’t fully satisfied. You can request a feel adjustment anytime during the 100 Night Sleep Trial, even during the first 30 nights.

Our goal is to make sure you are sleeping so well you won’t even know the 100 Night Sleep Trial is over! If you are unhappy with your mattress for any reason, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team after 30 Nights to initiate a return. They will walk you through each step and arrange a mattress pick up and full refund.
